Built in 1912, the LeRoy Simms Residence is a rare example of Southern California Prairie Architecture. It is located in the Mount Rubidoux Historic District and was designed by the district’s most prolific architect, Lester S. Moore. As a member of the A.I.A he was an elite practitioner of his craft during the golden age of Arts and Crafts in America.
